From there it’s base coat, then flake broadcast or a solid colour depending on the system, then the topcoat. Standard epoxy runs about 2–3 days including cure; polyaspartic compresses that to one day, which matters more in a townhome garage that doubles as the main entry some owners use to reach the house. Townhome customers also get a heads-up on parking arrangements for the cure window before we book the date, since a shared complex has less flexibility to park elsewhere for a couple of days than a detached home does.
