Soft Washing & House Washing in Abbotsford

Pressure washing cleans with force; soft washing cleans with chemistry. The detergent goes on at under 500 PSI — not much more than a strong garden hose — and sits on the surface long enough to dissolve grime and kill the algae and mildew growing in it, then a low-pressure rinse carries it all off. Nothing is being blasted, which is the point: stucco, vinyl siding, fibre-cement board, painted wood and cedar are all porous, seamed or soft enough that a driveway wand would crack the texture coat, pop the siding laps or drive water into the wall assembly where it rots the sheathing unseen.
