Terms of Service

Surface Wizard provides epoxy flooring, concrete restoration, pressure washing and related surface services. Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment of actual conditions.

Submitting a quote request does not create a binding agreement. Work begins only once we have agreed on scope, pricing and a schedule in writing. We aim to honour quoted pricing but reserve the right to revise estimates if site conditions differ materially from what was described.

Payment terms are set out in your project agreement or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due upon completion of the work.

We stand behind our work. Any warranty applicable to your project will be described in your project agreement. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Surface Wizard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
